It is nice to just hang with your friends/family, while waiting for the water to heat at the stove, and then to pour it over the freshly ground coffee, harvested at my friend's farm right here, at the south of Minas Gerais state, Brazil. Brazilians will always brew fresh coffee in the way described above everytime they have visit (OK - that and also in the morning, after lunch, in the afternoon, after dinner, etc.).. :) I agree – this is the best way to make coffee at home.
